SVPM's Institute of Pharmacy, Malegaon (Bk), Baramati, successfully conducted the Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA) and Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) Staff Evaluation on 14th July 2026 as part of its continuous quality improvement initiatives.
The audit and evaluation were conducted by Prof. Jawale Pravin P., Sr. Lecturer, Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Pharmacy, Erandwane, Pune, who served as the External Expert. During the visit, he comprehensively reviewed the institute's academic processes, administrative systems, quality assurance practices, documentation, and faculty performance under the PBAS framework.
The audit included verification of academic records, teaching-learning practices, student support activities, institutional governance, faculty achievements, research and extension activities, and departmental documentation. The External Expert also interacted with faculty members and provided valuable suggestions for enhancing academic quality, strengthening administrative efficiency, and promoting continuous professional development.
The institute expresses its sincere gratitude to Prof. Jawale Pravin P. for his valuable guidance, objective evaluation, and constructive recommendations. The observations and suggestions received during the audit will play a significant role in further strengthening the institute's quality assurance practices and achieving academic excellence.
The programme was coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Sandeep S. Tate HOD and Principal Dr. R. B. Jadhav, with the active participation of all teaching and non-teaching staff members of the institute.
